O.K so for Melanie and Shawn’s wedding I got it started with the shoes. I went a little crazy but I had a blast shooting them.
The beautiful bride Melanie!
This was Melanie’s Grand Mother. I think I found my 3rd shooter, she was rockin a Canon with the 36mm 2.8 lens! How adorable is she?
Shawn the groom.
The girl cheezin it up is Jen, from Jen and Ted’s wedding. She is best friends with Melanie.
Craig Freeman got this sultry image, very nice!
We had to fight off a few down pours but it certainly did not phase their spirit.
Backlighting the first dance of course!
Once the lights went down, it was all party!
When the rain stopped we ran outside to catch this one and take a breather.
Congratulations Melanie and Shawn on a beautiful wedding and a beautiful marriage!
Introducing my first senior portrait session! I will be calling this venture of my photography biz “The Senior Vogue Sessions“. I have wanted to do it for quite some time but with the wedding season so busy, it had to take a back seat. I want to offer a different take on senior portraits, something a little more edgy with a fashion overtone. My new website will hopefully be launching by mid-October and will feature a gallery solely dedicated to seniors. I will also have a blog especially for seniors as well. Stay tuned, I’ll keep you posted!
Anyway, meet Sarah and Nicole, two sisters from New York who came over to CT to have their senior portraits done. We walked the streets of Middletown and found some great spots to shoot. I just love M-Towns urban feel! We came across some cool alleys with crazy light and a train bridge that will be seeing more of me in the future. Sarah and Nicole definitely knocked this shoot out of the water! We had a great time shooting their session and can’t wait for the next.
Congratulations girls and good luck this year!
