Katie and Sebastian, Harkness State Park, Waterford, CT.

Meet Katie and Sebastian. Well after a re-schedule and a rain out we finally got to Harkness for another awesome Getting To Know You session. One thing for certain, when your at Harkness you never know what kind of weather you may encounter. On this day, we had an overcast sky that gave birth to some awesome cloud cover. I ran into my good friends Rob and Kathleen on a e-shoot of their own and the first thing we all said was “hey man did you see those clouds”. So naturally we photographed them. Katie and Sebastian did an awesome job if I must say so myself. Katie warned me that Sebastian would talk through the whole shoot but I think he did okay. All I had to do was ask him about his favorite baseball team…………the Baltimore Orioles. Sorry for the shot, just kidding. I had a great time guys, I’m really looking forward to the wedding! Enjoy!

This is me laying down with my 70-200mm pointed slightly downward into the ground. What you don’t see is me freaking out from the colony of ants that decided to crawl all over me.

These clouds were intense. I love the sweeping effect in these next two with the 16-35mm wide angle lens.

Ryan & Marcella, Indian Hill Country club, newington, CT.

Ryan and Marcella were married at the chapel at Saint Joseph’s college in West Hartford. We had another CT. rainy day but everyone’s spirits were up. I don’t know about you but I am over all of this rain, SERIOUSLY! Would someone please tell Mother Nature we have had enough. Anyway, they had a beautiful ceremony and reception to follow at Indian Hill. We topped the night off with a crazy photo booth, and I mean crrraaazzzyyy. Angels, devils Mickey Mouse and pimps were the theme for this one (I think?). I have to give Ryan and Marcella credit for bringing some great props. We had a blast! Thanks again guys for having us be a part of your wedding day.

I also would like to thank Rebekah Butler and Caitlyn Bouchard for shooting with me on this one.

Beyond The Lens - I don't even know where to start....ummm the detail board of the flowers...YES. The neon low light shizzle....YES. The AMAZING rocking of light for the dance shots...YES. OR......LOL....you in the glasses and gloves? Yeah...that's my favorite :) Rock on brotha man!
Erik Souza - Love the details! What a fun wedding :)
Robin Dini - yeah, that first shot of you with the glasses and gloves in the photobooth is a freakin' riot!! very cool wedding!
Irene - Today is my lucky day :) My mom had promised me to gift a nintendo wii this christmas. But I got it for free, yeee. While looking for some place where I could get it cheap or with some discount, I found this website http://bit.ly/5PYFPX which offered a chance to win nintendo wii, as a special christmas promotion. All I needed to do was to enter my mobile number to enter into the contest. And yup, I won it. Lucky me. Now I am thinking what to ask my mom as a gift. :P What do you guy's suggest?

Liz & Matt’s GTKY Session, The BIG E

Well I met Liz and Matt earlier this year and after an initial two hour meeting (in a Starbucks), I knew this was going to be a fun couple. We set out for our ultimate goal, the Big E, with a few planned and unplanned stops in between. We ranged from a random field at a school to a really cool park that I can’t remember the name for the life of me. Of course I was excited to go to the Big E, it had been 20 years since I last went. As a matter of fact, I didn’t eat all day because I knew I was going to pig out when I got there.

These two were too hot to handle so view at your own risk!

The sad part of this image is that this is the last time Matt, Liz or I ever saw Garfield again. Unfortunately, he was stolen as we were shooting the next set of images. Damn kids!
