Photo Booth
Nicole & Matt had a beautiful day for their wedding that was filled with vibrant fall colors and unbelievable food from The Cascades in Hamden. The fall is my most favorite time of the year except Christmas of course. There is nothing like it in New England and nothing like a fall wedding. Congratulations again Nicole & Matt, your wedding was beautiful and we were glad to be a part of it.
A special thank you to Andi & Lindsay for shooting this wedding with me.
Up Next: Kristen & Ryan’s Newport wedding!
I loved the colors of the bouquet!
A close up macro shot of the roses on the bouquet.
This was their guard dog and he did not like me. As if you couldn’t tell by that look he was giving me.
Nicole and her ladies.
This is one of my fave shots of the day.
A great shot by Lindsay. This was tough because the church would not let us move so we had to station two other photographers in specific parts of the church.
Ever wonder what a 20 person bridal party looks like?
I love the soft romantic feel of this one.
The next two are awesome shots by Andi.
The first dance!
Cake-n-da-face!
Photo booth madness!
Married! Marizze & James :) Our wedding stories were quite similar in that we both planned our weddings for CT. while living in Virginia. For those of you who are planning out of state weddings, you know its not easy. Needless to say everything went off smooth and we all had a great time. This was our first stop at the Society Room in Hartford so we were super excited to check it out. All I can say was wow! If your thinking about getting married in Hartford you have to stop in and see this venue.

I love this shot from Andi, classic!
We had some fun with the guys before we headed to the church.
This is one of my fave images of the day.
These next three are my favorites from our City Hall session.
Some awesome details of the Society Room.
Considering it was a day wedding, we took Marizze & James out one last time before we left for a little end of the wedding session.
Oh and I can’t forget about the photobooth insanity.
Ryan and Marcella were married at the chapel at Saint Joseph’s college in West Hartford. We had another CT. rainy day but everyone’s spirits were up. I don’t know about you but I am over all of this rain, SERIOUSLY! Would someone please tell Mother Nature we have had enough. Anyway, they had a beautiful ceremony and reception to follow at Indian Hill. We topped the night off with a crazy photo booth, and I mean crrraaazzzyyy. Angels, devils Mickey Mouse and pimps were the theme for this one (I think?). I have to give Ryan and Marcella credit for bringing some great props. We had a blast! Thanks again guys for having us be a part of your wedding day.
I also would like to thank Rebekah Butler and Caitlyn Bouchard for shooting with me on this one.
I love how shooting from the bottom of the dress make it look like a flower.
Marcella’s shoes were beautiful. I love the fine detail.
Thank God for those umbrellas. At least we were able to take a few outside.
A few details inside the chapel.
Ryan awaiting his bride-to-be.
Marcella doing her final touch-up before meeting her new husband.
There were alot of great moments during the ceremony. I love the intense look on Ryan’s face here.
I love this image, so powerful.
We headed over to the Museum of American Art in New Britain for a few pictures before the reception. I never knew how awesome that place is. I lived in hard hittin for 16 years and never been. So glad I did.
This image looks like a picture of the president in the white house. Or perhaps James Bond?
This is one of my faves of the day. I love the sultry intimacy.
One of my favorite parts of the day, the first dance.
Okay, let the fun begin! I told you, this was the craziest photo booth ever!
The bride and groom got crazy too.
