Married, Kim & Shane! Well it’s not a secret that here in CT this summer we’ve had our share of rain. That being said, out of my last 10 weddings I have only been rained on once. So I guess I was due because we totally got poured on. Thankfully it wasn’t a cold rain. With all that said, Kim and Shane were total troopers. Let this be a lesson to all the brides out there whether your mine or not, DO NOT LET RAIN SPOIL YOUR DAY! PERIOD! Yes, it is still possible to get great shots in the rain, trust me. Anyway, the ceremony, though wet was beautiful. Kim and Shane are two of the most awesome people you would want to meet and I can’t say enough about their kids Austin and Hannah. Thanks again for having us be a part of your day.

Shane looking dapper. Austin getting his cool on. Enter down pour! Hannah was overwhelmed with emotion. The rain just seemed to make everything so much more intense (in a good way of course). Everyone B-lined for cover right after. Okay, like I said, crazy with the video light. But thank God though, it saved my life and made for some ridiculously awesome portraits. There were so many to choose from it was impossible for me to pick a favorite.
