Stephanie and Will, Giovannis Water’s Edge, Stamford, CT.

I first met Stephanie at a bridal show I did two years ago in Stamford, CT. at the Sheraton Hotel. I remember Stephanie and her mom came to my table a few times and discussed photography and how much Stephanie loved photography herself. It’s always great to have clients that really appreciate photography, I’d like to think all of mine do! Anyway, to no surprise we had rain on their big day :( But not to worries because Stephanie and Will were in high spirits (as they should be). We had some really cool locations to photograph in for their wedding including the AMAZING First Presbyterian Church in Stamford. We also grabbed quite a few shots at the Hyatt Regency where they stayed, that place was awesome as well.

Yeah, Stephanie was burning up the place! So for the next two I couldn’t figure out which one I liked best. So I decided to put both in. I love the silhouette but the color version was calling me.  The hotel had these awesome tall windows that made for great opportunities. So this is the inside of the church. Are you kidding me? It was like being in outer space. I was waiting for Tom Cruise to jump out and start chanting. The only tough thing about the church was we were not allowed to use flash and had to be literally 50 yards behind the alter. This next one was with the 70-200, ISO 1600, 25 f/2.8,  Once we got back to the hotel we had to steam things up a bit since we were cold from the rain. Definitely one of my faves of the day. Love these ring shots!
